Working as a Customer Service Representative duties include;

  • Dealing with customers over the telephone
  • Handling email correspondence
  • Keeping customers fully updated
  • Understanding the customers’ needs and requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail

The success Customer Service Representative will understand the importance of never over-promising or under delivering.

Working Monday to Friday 0830 -1700
