General administrator required to provide broad based administrative support at a construction site office near Aylsham.

As General Administrator you will join an administration team working 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday each week and will be required to:

  • Collate and input data from site
  • Complete varied construction related Administration
  • Organise site inductions
  • Arrange accommodation and travel bookings
  • Work closely with other administrators
  • Reply to incoming calls and emails
  • Deal with queries by phone, email and face to face
  • Undertake general operational tasks of the project

This role will require the successful candidate to go “on site” on a regular basis.

To be considered for this General Administrator role candidates must have previous experience of working as a general administrator and have excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Previous experience of working as an administrator in the construction sector, experience of health and safety processes and procedures, of HR administration and of basic financial procedures (expenses forms, receipts, purchase orders etc.) would be ideal but are not essential.

This is a temporary position expected to continue for at least 6 months and is due to start by 25th April – only candidates who would be available to start by this date should apply.
