This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a broadbased administration role on the Norfolk coast.

The successful applicant will work alongside various departments undertaking a range of administration tasks including scanning, filing, data entry, customer service duties etc.

  • Providing administrative support to site personnel and management, to assist them to flexibly and efficiently manage the site.
  • General duties to maintain Procurement, Invoicing, Deliveries, Stores & Materials, including Inventory and Stock Management.
  • Work Order management to maintain stock inventories and allocation of spares/materials costs.
  • Training & Competence management to ensure training course schedule, organisation, administration and records.
  • Arrangement of Visitors and Inductions.
  • General office administration in order to maintain plans, arrangement, records and information in support of site requirements.

The successful applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday 08.30 – 16.30.

Initial rate of pay is anticipated to be £12.00 – £13.00 an hour and is expected to increase further after 3 months.

The role is anticipated to be for an initial six month period after which it may be extended further depending on onoing company need.
