As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the day to day operation of the accounting function. The successful Accounts Assistant will require good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines. Responsibilities will include processing and reconciliation of ledgers, maintain, complete files and records as needed, assist with accounts payable and receivable duties, and provide general administrative support to management team and the accounting function.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

* Maintain files and electronic records for both finance and production
* Invoice processing
* Assist with credit control
* Track and resolve customer queries
* Sales ledger allocations
* Assist with payment runs
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Administrative support where required

Access to transportation is required due to location.
